KICKS/HI GUAM

Hawaii and Guam have quite a few things in common; rich island culture, great food, beautiful women and lastly they both house Kicks Hawaii. KICKS/HI GUAM teamed up with New Era late last year to drop a collection of 59FIFTYs. The "ESTA" fitted, available in four colourways, features the word in raised script.
The word Esta, a Chamorro term, loosely translates to "Okay" and is used to conclude a conversation between family or close friends. It is usually followed by the "Okay" hand gesture, thumb and index making an "O" with the other three fingers up. Esta is likened to the Hawaiian term "Aloha" and can also mean "Yup", "Laters" and "Goodbye".
The colourway I picked up is built using a navy blue crown accented with a red visor. "Esta" appears on the front panels in 3D white stitch. Other embroidery include; the phrase "Hafa Adai All Day" and the New Era flag appear in white on the rear and wearer's left respectively.
